As of today, they would not hunt you down for some royalties on a couple of streams for example. Their and common definition of major placements is everything except for some indie stuff (that is not somehow connected to the big publishers). It's tricky but I read " all samples/files must be cleared". I heard Taz Taylor somewhere talk about like "people don't understand when they buy off wavsupply, they still have to clear everything as it is not royalty-free".
